BRICS communique calls for reforms to international finance, global security

BRICS leaders have adopted a joint communique that touts an alternative international payment system and trade projects. The declaration also calls for reforms to global security and strengthening multilateralism. Russian President Vladimir Putin said more than 30 states have expressed interest in joining the bloc, but added that a balance needs to be struck in the expansion. Dasha Chernyshova reports.
