That's how Chief Executive Officer of the West Indies Rum and Spirits Association Vaughn Renwick sees the return to production of the Rockley Pot Still at the West Indies Rum Distillery. He told the Business Report innovation will bring with it new life to the industry. Spirits official admitted the spirits industry is a saturated market, but said quality niche products are made in the Caribbean.
