Broken borders

Securing T&T’s borders has always been a challenge given the large body of water surrounding both islands and our proximity to mainland South America. But as eight Coast Guard vessels remain unavailable due to maintenance issues, there are fears the gaps in this country’s coastal security have been widened. Cnc3’s Shane Superville visited Trinidad’s west coast for this report.
