Bryan Kohberger State, Defense Attorneys Battle Over Discovery in Idaho Murders Case

Bryan Kohberger appeared in a Latah County, Utah courtroom Wednesday for a motions hearing. During the hearing, the attorney representing the accused quadruple killer told a judge that his case is “challenged," they don't have all of the discovery, and compared the case to playing “52-card pick-up with 100,000 decks of cards.” The state fired back claiming Kohberger’s team has everything they have and they’re doing their best to turn over anything new they receive.
