Budget debate: MPs call for more to be done to bridge gap between SMEs and larger firms

MPs have called for more to be done to bridge the gap between SMEs and larger companies. For example, government tenders could be more inclusive to allow for SMEs to participate. A portion of the funds aimed at boosting artificial intelligence adoption could also be ring-fenced for SMEs.
