Bugisu youth tipped on peace - Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa tips youth on maintaining peace

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa, has urged the youth in the Bugisu sub-region and across the country to leverage the existing peace and harmony to engage in income-generating activities that combat poverty in their communities. During a guided tour of the Sino-Uganda Mbale Industrial Park, Tayebwa noted that numerous investors have joined forces with the government to create employment opportunities for young people. He commended the Chinese investors for their significant contributions to the region’s development.
