Building capability at the engineering brigade - 255 combat engineers & explosive ordinance grad

The Joint Staff Chief Engineering, Brig Gen Besigye Bekunda, has implored combat engineers and explosive experts to maintain discipline and keep upgrading to reach the zenith of their army careers. Brig Besigye made these remarks at the pass out of graduates from Combat Engineering and Explosive Ordinance Devices at the School of Combat Engineers, Karama, in Mubende District.
