Bukit Timah Turf City, former Keppel Golf Course sites up for sale in first half of 2025

The first private housing sites at two new notable sites - Bukit Timah Turf City and the former Keppel Golf Course - will be put up for sale in the first half of 2025.These are part of the Government Land Sales supply of about 8,505 units. The figure is an increase from about 8,140 in the second half of 2024. The next supply will also see a record number of executive condominium sites on offer on the Confirmed List in recent years.
