Burnsville to remove growing memorial for fallen first responders

A Minnesota city is making a change as it mourns the death of Matthew Ruge, Paul Elmstrand, and Adam Finseth. A memorial outside their departments has been growing as families travel from all over to pay their respects. But this weekend, the city will start taking it down.
