Some businesses and communities in flood-prone areas in Singapore have taken steps to brace against floods, as extreme weather events become more frequent. With the Northeast Monsoon season expected to progressively set in towards the end of November, national water agency PUB is conducting drills among its staff and exploring new innovations to cope with flash floods.
