Businessman kidnapped, $3 million ransom demanded

Last evening's kidnapping of Suvesh Ramnarine, by men dressed like police officers, is one of three in central Trinidad in the last four months. A ransom demand of $3 million has been made for Ramnarine's safe return. Chaguanas mayor Faaiq Mohammed is calling the kidnapping a direct attack on the business community in central and Chaguanas. He is now concerned business owners are considering taking matters into their own hands through vigilante justice. Otto Carrington has more on this developing story.
