Butalejja district under spotlight - Over stalled construction works by UPDF engineers and extortion

The minister for Economic Monitoring, Beatrice Akello has warned health officials against extorting from patients at health facilities. Patients at Busolwe general hospital complained to the minister that they are made to pay when there's an urgent need to be operated.
