In response to Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley's recent national address, Ms. Moore underscored the profound impact that violence and crime have on workplaces. She emphasized the pervasive nature of violence and its effects on productivity, mental wellness, and the overall work environment. The BWU General Secretary called for a concerted effort from both employers and workers to foster a culture of transparency and understanding. Ms Moore also highlighted the BWU's commitment to investing in education on soft skills such as conflict resolution and effective communication.
