Call for Bajans to safeguard their health during festivities

Ahead of the Old Year's night festivities, head of the Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners, Dr. Lynda Williams is urging Barbadians to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their health. She is advising people to wear a mask if prudent to do so, when venturing out. Dr. Williams further urges the public to make 2025 the year of preventive health. And she advises exercising, eating right and taking all medications as prescribed can prevent non-communicable diseases.
