Call for reparations campaign to become a mass movement

A historian is calling for the reparations campaign to become a mass movement. Lecturer in History, Department of History and Philosophy, at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Dr. Rodney Worrell says reparations need to be popularised in all segments of society. He says reparations should not be perceived as just a movement led by academics, Pan Africanists and Rastafarians. He was speaking at the National Task Force on Reparations panel discussion. Dr. Worrell adds he hopes the CARICOM Ten Point Plan for Reparatory Justice will be shared with citizens of the countries involved.
