Call for tertiary level students to 'Give Back'

A call for those tertiary level students receiving free tuition to get on board with the Government's Give Back initiative. Wendy Burke tells us that at a scholarship presentation today, the Minister of Education Kay McConney revealed that the numbers who have done their hours are very disappointing.
