Call for transport sector to be revamped

Independent Senator Andrew Mallalieu is calling for a revamp of the island's transport sector to create a reliable public transportation system for all in Barbados. Senator Mallileau was speaking during his contribution to the Appropriation Bill 2024 in the Upper House earlier. He said he was aware of the cost associated with the undertaking, but in the end, it would be cost-effective.
