Call to consider the loss of young men

Opposition leader Ralph Thorne wants the discussion on population to consider the loss of many of the country's young men between the ages of 18 and 30. He says it's a traumatic loss to the population. Before adjourning until next week, the House voted to postpone further debate on the resolution.
