Canada's airlines keep cutting back on basic fares, can feds do anything to stop it?
As Canadians book their air travel for the coming holiday season, more and more are finding themselves getting less while spending more as changes are made to basic fares. WestJet changed its carry-on baggage terms and seat changes earlier this year, and now Air Canada is expected to do the same in January.
