Canada Post strike: Union files complaint after some employees receive layoff notice

The union representing Canada Post workers has now filed an unfair labour practice complaint to the Canada Industrial Relations Board. That move comes after Canada Post temporarily laid off some striking employees which the union is calling an intimidation tactic.
