Canadian maple syrup harvest is up 91% — but will it sweeten prices?

After a challenging year for maple syrup production in 2023, the industry appears to have come out of a sticky spot. Canada had a record year for maple syrup production, according to new data from Statistics Canada. But it may not be enough to lower prices.
