Volunteer services were also roped in to assist with the fire flare-ups in and around Cape Town this past week. The city has been battling fires since last week Tuesday and it's been a long week for emergency authorities. Claire Lotter, CEO of Volunteer Wildfire Services, spoke with eNCA.
