Caribbean Countries Urged To Consider Legal Action Against American Gun Makers

CARICOM states have been encouraged to file lawsuits against American gun makers after the Government of Mexico successfully appealed a ruling in its lawsuit against gun manufacturers and distributors. The recommendation comes from Miguel Reyes, the Legal Adviser in Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
