Cash reward for information on American vlogger abducted in Zamboanga del Norte

The local government of Sibuco has offered a cash reward for any information on the abduction of American vlogger Elliot Eastman. According to Sibuco mayor Joel Ventura, they will give P50,000 for information on the location of the pump boat used by the armed men. An additional P100,000 will be paid out for information that will result in Eastman's rescue.
