There his Mother Trisha raised Cayden and his three sisters on her own. As Cayden progressed on the ice, the level of competition wasn't strong enough and he had to leave home at the age of 13 and join the Delta Hockey Academy in Vancouver. From there his play took off. Cayden played for the Medicine Hat Tigers in the WHL and now finds himself as one of the top prospects in the 2024 NHL Draft. Cayden, who is biracial, hopes to serve as a role model for members of the Cree Nation and Black communities, in an effort to help the diversify the game of hockey. #NHL #Hockey #NHLDraft
