Cayetano, Zubiri apologize to each other after heated exchange

Senators Alan Peter Cayetano and Juan Miguel Zubiri apologized to each other after a heated exchange during a break from the plenary session on Tuesday (September 25). The senators were dicussing a Senate Concurrent Resolution that seeks to prevent the disenfranchisement of voters in the 10 barangays that were taken back by the Supreme Court from Makati City and given to Taguig City.
