The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has highlighted its dedication to investigating project delays in client countries, aiming to enhance development processes through increased agility and transparency. The (CDB) has granted over USD 461 million for projects in water, renewable energy, education, and health across various Caribbean islands, including St. Lucia.
