Celebrating culture - Calls for unity emphasized as Ateker festival closes in Soroti

The Vice President of Uganda, Alupo Jessica Rose Epel, has described culture as a foundation on which the future can be built. This underscores the need to foster unity among relative cultures for purposes of prosperity and progress. This was contained in her speech presented by minister for gender, labor and social development, Betty Amongi, during the closure of the three-day Ateker Reunion festival in Soroti.
