Celebrating International Education Day – UPE beneficiaries to spur economic transformation.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has urged to the graduates of the Universal Primary Education to utilize knowledge acquired to spur economic transformation. President was represented by the vice president, Retired Major Jesca Alupo at the International Day of Education and the commemoration of 27 years of UPE.
