The mover and seconders of the censure motion against four backbench commissioners of parliament have faulted the office of the speaker of parliament and clerk to parliament for refusing to give them a vehicle, fuel, and security as they traverse districts, especially those whose MPS have not yet appended signatures, to speak to the electorate. While addressing the media at parliament, the mover of the motion, Theodore Ssekikubo, said they cannot drop the motion for only seven signatures that are remaining to move it to the next stage.
