Census exercise in Katwe - Enumerators fail to log into the system

The census exercise has not commenced in the areas of Katwe a kampala suburb following enumerators complaining that they can not log into the system. A group of enumerators we found at st. paul primary school seemed stranded with ipads saying they have not been updated into the system and therefore could not go out to enumerate people because they could not access the questionnaires. The residents we interacted with in Katwe kinyoro say they have seen some enumerators around who complained that the system was not working. They are however optimistic that given the many days for the exercise they will be counted.
