Central Bank move enhances safety

The Barbados Employers Confederation is very happy that commercial banks have been prohibited from charging fees for online transfers between local banks and credit unions, using the Automated Clearing House (ACH). The directive instructing them to stop was issued by the Central Bank of Barbados. Executive Director, Sheena Mayers-Granville, told CBC News they welcomed the decision.
