Charity apologizes after including living veterans’ names on monument to fallen Canadian soldiers

A monument along Highway 401 in Trenton, Ont. honours some of Canada's fallen soldiers. But a local veteran who served in the Afghanistan war learned her name was included, along with others who are very much alive.
