Charmaine Teo on tackling ill-treatment of children at preschools

A second Kinderland centre has been slapped with a S$5,000 fine and its licence has been reduced to six months over the ill-treatment of children. Authorities found that Kinderland failed to oversee its centre's staff effectively. CNA spoke to Charmaine Teo, Vice President of the Association of Early Childhood Educators Singapore.
