Chicago migrants no longer guaranteed a shelter bed

For over two years, the governor of Texas has bussed tens of thousands of migrants to Democratic-run cities. More than 50,000 have been driven to Chicago, where a number of migrant shelters were opened. But those are now closing, as the number of migrants crossing the U.S. border has decreased.
