China cyber-attacks: Beijing calls UK & US accusations 'groundless'

China has denied western accusations of a government-sponsored hacking campaign as 'groundless' -- saying evidence provided by the UK and US is 'insufficient'. Britain and the US have accused Beijing of a years-long cyber espionage program, targeting politicians, journalists, dissidents, and critics around the world. The US has charged seven Chinese nationals, while the UK sanctioned two officials and one organisation.
