China’s invasion of Taiwan could lead to ‘Trump-style economic warfare’

China’s dispute with Taiwan will most likely not lead to a “boots on the ground invasion”, claims Spectator Australia’s ‘Fire at Will’ podcast host Will Kingston. “It’s something closer to an economic blockade,” he told Sky News contributor Kel Richards. “And I don’t think the response is necessarily a military response – it will probably be the Trump-style, economic tariff, economic warfare, cyber warfare that he’s been flirting.”
