Chinese government ‘essentially’ carried out a cyber warfare attack on Australia

ASPI Senior Analyst Malcolm Davis says the Australia Signals Directorate released details on Chinese hackers to “alert the Australian community”. Mr Davis told Sky News host James Macpherson that it is a warning of the “threat” posed by Chinese cyber warfare capabilities. “This was essentially a Chinese government cyber warfare attack on Australia.”
