Chinese spokesman Lou Qinjian on US presidential election, South China Sea tensions

China's annual political season -- also known as the 'two sessions' or 'lianghui' -- is underway in Beijing. Ahead of the National People’s Congress opening session, spokesperson Lou Qinjian spoke at a press conference and shared his views on the upcoming US presidential election, as well as territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
