Christ Church Girls win Battle of the Bots

The Christ Church Girls School is the winner of the inaugural Barbados Light and Power Battle of the Bots competition. The coding and robotics competition was open to primary school students. After months of collaborative work, it came to a climax at the Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology. Second place went to Blackman and Gollop, while Arthur Smith placed third. Chief Education Officer Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw, says the coding and robotics programme is about empowering students to reach their full potential, and cultivating essential skills for success.
