Christmas Babies | Mothers encouraged to register their bundles of joy

Some mothers are celebrating the arrival of their Christmas Bundles of Joy. But, Home Affairs is encouraging them to register their little miracles as soon as possible. Mothers have 30 days to register and receive birth certificates.
