Churches in Inglewood take part of state program to develop affordable housing units

Under a new California law, colleges and churches can now bypass local zoning laws to develop affordable housing units. And while some are concerned about removing local control, some other 20 churches are eager to take part of the program which aims to alleviate the homelessness crisis.
