Civil court to rule on demolition case involving Wakiso residents, NEMA

The Civil Court Division has set December 27, 2024, to deliver a final ruling on the case in which residents from three villages—Kibiri, Bugu, and Busabala in Wakiso District—accuse NEMA of marking their houses for demolition on allegations that they were built in a wetland.
