Cleaner public toilets: New campaign focuses on collective action to ensure hygiene

The National Environment Agency is calling on the public to take ownership of cleaner public toilets as part of its annual campaign. It comes as more than 1,200 enforcement actions were taken against public toilet operators for lapses since the start of the year. This is three times more than last year. Rachel Teng reports.
