Climate action - Roofings set to plant 8 million trees by 2030

Roofings Rolling Mills Limited has officially launched its tree planting campaign initiative, demonstrating its commitment to supporting government reforestation initiatives. These efforts align with the sustainable development goal of reducing greenhouse gases by 2030. So far, over 1.3 million tree seedlings have been distributed to various stakeholders in the business community. This move aims to spearhead the campaign to green Uganda, restoring the balance between land and forest cover.
