Club offering empowerment programmes

A suite of new empowerment programmes are on the cards for residents of Cavehill, St. Michael this year. They'll be rolled out thanks to partnerships between the Cavehill Community Club and Government. President Troy Williams notes they will complement the sporting programmes already in place.
