Coast guard helicopter crashes in India’s Porbandar, authorities say at least 3 killed

At least three Indian Coast Guard personnel were killed when the helicopter they were aboard crashed in the western Indian port city of Porbandar on Sunday (January 5), authorities said. The Coast Guard Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv, which had two pilots and another official on board, crashed during a routine training flight, according to local media reports. The personnel on board the helicopter were rushed to a hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
