Coca-Cola to acquire part of Billson’s Brewery

Coca-Cola has agreed to buy part of the Australian-owned Billson's Brewery. The 159-year-old brewery in the north-east Victorian town of Beechworth went into voluntary administration in July. It owed more than $7 million to 142 unsecured creditors. The owners say they're thrilled to have agreed with the drink’s giant.
