Coca Country

Despite the War On Drugs being fought for over half a century, there are record coca crops in Colombia today. The crops have been planted here and turned in to cocaine for longer than young men like Hector have been alive. He is a coca cropper, one of the tens of thousands of Colombians who move across the country following the coca. It’s eradicated in one region, but then a new zone will grow it, starting a new coca bonanza.
