Collaboration needed to combat substance abuse

The National Council on Substance Abuse is widening its reach to combat substance abuse on the island. Minister of Home Affairs and Public Information, Wilfred Abrahams, says all segments of Barbados have a part to play in rehabilitating those who might fall victim to drug use.
